So many file managers, txt editors, etc change the color of the line(s) selected that I believe it would be a nice improvement to consider doing a similar thing in Everything.

Color the selected lines
Everything being always white in the background, it's really not convenient to find in the path column what corresponds to the name(s) selected in the name column. Even if it takes a fraction of a second, it never feels right to have to double check to be sure.

And also: enable Full row select (under Menu:Tools > Options > General > UI )
