Should I update

Everything reports its version as 1.2.1.371 and search for updates reports "everything is up to date". I see reference to other versions in this forum. Should I update manually?

I received the same notice (all up to date BUT and update was available).
I updated manually - works great.

Yes you should update IMO, to "Everything" version 1.2.1.451a.

Newer features that improve on the older.
