Go button in search window

Not sure if I've asked about this before but is it possible to have a go button in the search window that serves the same funtion as pressing enter on the keyboard?

You are typing on your keyboard what you are searching for
You also have an option "Search as you type" in Tools=>Options=>General=>Search which acts as pressing enter
