Filter droplist : width of list part should fit items

Currently the filter droplist tool opens down with the same width as the tool, truncating list items which may be differentiated only by their ends (that are lost). This is a particular problem if you have small "helper" Everything windows you are using and want the filter box to be small but you still want to be able to read the items when you drop it open.
* Recommend the width of the dropped-down part is widened as needed to fit the items, whatever the width of the unopened tool
