I use filters of file and folders to get higher efficiency most of the time, but sometime I have to pause the filters to do global search, and reactive all filters just after several minutes.
so I suggest add a new function to disable all filters temporately.
for example, use 'alltmp:', or just 'all:'
add a new function to disable filters temporately
Re: add a new function to disable filters temporately
Isn't the Everything filter enough.
What should a special filter make better ?

I will consider an all: search function to bypass any active filters.
Thank you for the suggestion.
For now, please consider a keyboard shortcut for your most used filters.
Pressing the keyboard shortcut will toggle the filter so you can quickly filter or find all files.
Everything 1.5 has Ctrl + [ or Ctrl + ] to quickly cycle through filters. Not sure if that would be useful in your case?

And another approach:
Leave the current search window as-is and open a new one for your global search, through menu:File > New Search Window or by using the 'CTRL + N' keyboard shortcut.
BTW: "and reactive all filters just after several minutes."
Several minutes? That is a very long time!
