I hope that when I use content search mode and enable the preview window, I can locate the searched content in the whole text.
Sometimes I may enter a search command like this: "ext:py path:D:/myprojects content:balabala".
This will yield many search results, but I need to open them one by one and search keywords again in the IDE to confirm the file I need, which is not friendly.
Therefore, I hope that when I use the content search mode and open the preview window, I can locate the location of the searched content in the full text, which will improve the efficiency of search.
Maybe when I add multiple "content" commend, how to display it in the preview window is a problem.
So add a search input box in the preview window maybe is a simple way.
Witch can input text to locate and highlight the searched text in the preview window.
I found that Everything v1.5 beta has added the function of search box. Integrate these two functions is a good idea?
Suggestion: Show content search position in preview window
Re: Suggestion: Show content search position in preview window
Highlighting content search matches in the preview window is on my TODO list.
