Add Option to View Filters selection on the Left

Add Option to View Filters selection on the Left before the Search field.
Without activating "Right to left Reading Order".
Filters on the left make sense for productivity:
-Less mouse traveling
-Confort of permanent sight of current Filter: Files or Folders, etc

What do you mean?

To move the window of Filters up one "row"- i.e. the height of Search Edit box so that it will begin with the always visible box of drop-down list of Filters thus be adjacent to it horizontally and not vertically?

I guess he means the filter drop down list on the left side of the screen.
On the same line as now, just moved to the left.
I would like that to.

To show the filter bar on the left:
Double click the divider between the search box and filter bar.
-or-
Drag the divider between the search box and filter bar all the way to the left.
