Check for updates not finding latest version

I am running version 1.4.1.935 (x64). When I select the Check for Updates... option I get a message box saying "Everything is up to date!" even though it appears that the latest version available for download is 1.4.1.1024. There are no visible errors when I select the Check for Updates... option, it just fails to discover the later version.

Updates should be working again on 1.4.1.1021 and earlier.
