It seems like everything hasn't been updated in 2 months, is development still on-going? When will everything como out of beta because it seems like it's been in alpha for almost half a year maybe longer.
Thanks
When will everything come out of alpha ?
Re: When will everything come out of alpha ?
Please read these two threads.
-> new version
-> 1.5 alpha development
Note that it has only been 38 days since the last release, making Everything the most actively developed piece of software for Windows PCs. Patience please.
It is better to upload a stable test release than to botch it and waste an entire week fielding complaints and rushing another release to quell the masses of frustrated users. Void has been adding a lot of new features and reworking major components of the software. Consider donating here.

Re: When will everything come out of alpha ?
Does it matter that it's in Alpha? Everything is working nicely....
Re: When will everything come out of alpha ?
Oh okay thanks...was just wondering.. usually i saw it would be like 1-2 weeks per release. Thanks for clarifying
Re: When will everything come out of alpha ?
I think it would be cool if Void transitioned to a less frequent (2-6 weeks) beta channel, and offered alpha builds (aka nightlies) for anyone foolish enough to mess with them, like bug hunters. The name "alpha" is a little weird in context, given how stable they are.
Re: When will everything come out of alpha ?
I sincerely hope @void is now on a tropical island/mountaintop/walkabout.
After working on version 1.5 continuously without any noticeable break for years, he really deserves some time off.
At the very least: without any added external pressure.
I happen to know that void is also working on some major new features for 1.5.
Those take a lot of time. The least we can do is giving him this time ...
