file not found within the synced folder

some files are not indexed and can not be found via search bar

In the top shot, you've found a file on a UNC path.

In the bottom shot, is that location actually indexed in Everything?

If so, do you have a Filter set (like say, Document) that would then exclude a picture file, .png?
Take a look at the Search (menu items) & see if something is set in there that would exclude what you're wanting to find.

After checking your Search menu, if the settings look correct, please try forcing a rebuild:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Indexes tab on the left.
• Click Force Rebuild.
• Click OK.
