I noticed when I open a file in Windows Explorer or Cortana, it was recorded in windows timeline (hotkey Win + Tab), but in Everything it does not have this feature. Can you please add this feature to Everything?
Windows 10 timeline feature support?
Re: Windows 10 timeline feature support?
At this moment it is not possible for developers to add their "stuff" to the Windows Timeline. So either it works or not.
Just tested this: starting a .url file from within Everything. That was added to the Timeline: Are you running Everything as administrator? (Menu:Tools > Options > General)
That would cause those entries to be added to the timeline of the administrator!
Instead, try running the Everything Service (Menu:Tools > Options > General : enable Everything Service)
