I am using Everything to index the files on a remote file system which is being presented via different tool (rclone/WinFSP) as a local disk. I'm indexing it as a folder, which works fine. However, remote clients, when they get search results back, are getting results presented as UNC paths. I'd like to disable this, as that disk isn't actually accessible as a UNC path, but I have the same mounting elsewhere, so the local path would be useful.
So in examples:
The path being indexed:
T:
A client sees a search result as:
\\server\T\something
instead of:
T:\something
I'd like to disable that automatic mapping of a local path to a UNC path. Is that possible?
Thank you!
Disable mapping disks to UNC paths to ETP clients?
Re: Disable mapping disks to UNC paths to ETP clients?
Take a look at ETP Client path rewriting (https://www.voidtools.com/support/everything/etp/)

Ah, excellent. Thank you!
