It would be really nice to have drag and drop work. If I drag a file (by clicking and dragging the FILENAME) into a folder within EVERYTHING, like doing this in explorer, it would be good to have the drop work.

There is already an ini-setting to add drag&drop functionality to the search bar, but that will paste the filename in the format filelist:"C:\path to\filename.txt". Not very useful in this case.
In Everything 1.5 - the next major version - this will be possible and there it will paste "filename.txt".

It is a setting in Everything.ini:
search_edit_drag_accept_files=1 will enable dropping a file in the search bar;
search_edit_drag_accept_files=0 will disble it.
Everything.ini can be found in the %APPDATA%\Everything folder, or else in the folder where your Everything.exe is.
